Dr. Frank Lipman and celebrity chef, Tricia Williams, have teamed up to create Be Well Eats, delicious, nutrient dense meals and smoothies delivered right to your door. These meals offer the many advantages of a Paleo diet, and are enhanced with the benefits of fermented foods and adaptogenic herbs.

Our ready-to-eat meals include:

The Team

Dr. Frank Lipman is a pioneer in Functional and Integrative Medicine, and a NY Times best-selling author. In 1992, Dr. Lipman founded the Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in New York City, where he combines the best of Western medicine and cutting edge nutritional science with age-old healing techniques from the East. In addition to his practice, Dr. Lipman is the creator of Be Well, an expanding lifestyle wellness brand.

Tricia Williams is an accomplished chef, nutrition educator and culinary consultant. She is the founder and CEO of both Food Matters NYC, a highly customized, health supportive meal delivery service for celebrities, professional athletes, and high performing individuals, and the subscription-based nutritional meal service, Daily Dose. She is known as the nutrition magician because of her ability to create great tasting healthy food. more

Amanda Carney is a holistic health & nutrition coach who believes eating well and feeling good does not need to be complicated. She has worked at the Eleven Eleven Wellness Center, alongside Dr. Lipman, for over 5 years. Amanda runs a private coaching practice where she educates and motivates her clients by helping them make simple and effective changes to reach their personal health goals.

Dawn Brighid is a certified integrative nutritionist who guides her clients to create their best health by understanding the root cause of imbalance. Since we can't be “perfect” all the time, Dawn encourages clients to enjoy life and food while creating new habits that support a healthy lifestyle. Dawn also runs her own nutrition practice.

Katie Ulrich is a certified holistic health coach and 200 hour yoga instructor who aims to show clients that a shift into a healthy lifestyle is delicious, rejuvenating, and fun. She strives to helps clients integrate simple habits for sustainable success. Katie runs her own wellness business, Blissful Kitchen + Life.

Meals arrive ready to eat. Lunches are meant to be consumed cold. Dinners are heatable. We suggest heating them at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until warm. Dinners can be heated right in container, simply remove the lid!

What can I expect on a Be Well Eats meal delivery program?

Our organic meal delivery programs are made from responsibly source pasture raised animal products, wild seafood and organic produce. We scientifically formulate each meal plan with a specific goal in mind. Be Well Eats for Cleanse delivers two meals a day. .

Why organic. pasture raised and wild?

There are many toxins found in non-organic foods. These toxins come from high pesticide residue which is harmful for the body. We only use pasture raised animals and wild seafood. We believe in sourcing the cleanest ingredients on the planet. It's important to consume food the way nature intended you to eat it.

Can Be Well Eats accommodate my food allergies?

We accommodate up to seven select allergies for an additional fee. Keep in mind that our programs are free of gluten, dairy, and cane sugar.

Please note, we do our best to accommodate allergies, but do not provide a product for people with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies. We are a facility that processes tree nuts.

Can I choose my menu?

We offer a set menu of meals plans that are created weekly and seasonally. You can can subscribe or choose the meals you want to order based on the weekly menu. You can review the weekly menus and choose which plan is right for you.

What comes in each delivery?

Our meal delivery includes 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner). Delivery comes in a cooler bag with cold packs inside.

Do I have to cook anything?

No! Be Well Eats meals are designed by our team of chefs, crafted around the highest-quality, well sourced ingredients and prepared in our commissary kitchen. Meals arrive ready to eat. When can I start?

Start dates are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week.

Where do you deliver?

Be Well Eats meal delivery program is currently available in the New York metropolitan area and in Greenwich and Stamford, CT. Be Well Eats will be coming to the Hamptons just in time for Memorial Day 2018.

How many deliveries will I receive?

You'll receive one delivery daily with all your meals. Weekend food gets delivered on Friday.

When do you deliver?

Meal programs get delivered overnight and are guaranteed to be at your doorstep by 6am. When deliveries are delayed due to weather, we will do our best to alert you in advance, but some circumstances are beyond our control and we cannot guarantee delivery windows. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to weather.

Will my food stay fresh in transit?

Meal programs get delivered from our fleet of refrigerated vans. Meals come in cooler bags with ice packs. We suggestion transferring meals to the fridge upon receiving delivery.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Deliveries will be left with your doorman or at your doorstep.

What if I need to modify my delivery address/instructions?

All changes to a pre-existing order must be made 48 hours prior to the next delivery date. Please email [email protected] to request the change.

What do I do with the cooler bags and ice packs in my delivery?

If your meals are delivered in our black cooler bag, our delivery team will be happy to pick it up, along with any ice packs, when they bring your next delivery. You can leave your bags with your doorman, hang them on your doorknob or hand them to our delivery person directly, with the ice packs tucked inside. Alternatively, you are welcome to keep your cooler bag—especially on the last day of your program.

Can I recycle the meal packaging?

Containers are a zero waste solution made out of pressed vegetables grasses. Please dispose of them in regular trash or compost.


Why are Be Well Eats meals healthy?

Each Be Well Eats meal is created around our nutritional values. We don't use any gluten, dairy, refined grains or sugar. We are organic. All of the seafood we use is wild and the animal products are all pasture raised. Our food with benefits can help you stay focused and give you more energy.

Are your programs gluten-free?

Yes - our meals are 100% gluten-free.

Is the menu the same every week?

No, our menu changes weekly and rotates seasonally.

How many calories are in each meal?

At Be Well Eats, we focus on the quality of calories not the quantity. None of our meals are fatenning.

Do I need to cut out caffeine and alcohol when on the program?

Our meal plans see the most success without alcohol. If you are going to have caffeine we strongly urge you to commit to drinking organic coffee or matcha.

Are Be Well Eats programs safe if I am on prescription medication?

Be Well Eats strongly recommends consulting with with your healthcare practitioner prior to starting a Be Well Eats program especially if you have specific health conditions, take nutritional supplements or prescription.
