6 Dreamy Shakes for the Be Well Cleanse

If you’re doing Dr. Lipman’s Be Well Cleanse, it helps to have an arsenal of shake recipes ready when you’re drinking shakes 3 times a day.

Here are some of my favorites to keep boredom at bay, and add lots of luscious to your Cleanse.

Shake recipes for your blender:

1) Pumpkin Pie Shake

  • Protein On-The-Go packet
  • 1 heaping tablespoon organic pumpkin
  • 1 small slice of fresh ginger
  • big dash cinnamon
  • big dash nutmeg
  • 6 ounces cold coconut or almond milk (optional: add a couple of ice cubes)

Blend in your blender.

2) Chocolate Chip Cookie Shake

  • 1Protein on the Go packet
  • 1 tablespoon raw *cacao nibs
  • 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened, organic coconut flakes
  • 6 ounces coconut water

Blend in your blender.

*Cacao nibs are pure, raw, cocoa bean pieces, with nothing added. Cocao, or cocoa as it’s commonly called, boosts your endorphins, the feel-good hormones in your brain. Cacao is also high in antioxidants and minerals.

3) Apple Pie Shake

  • 1Protein on the Go packet
  • 6 ounces hemp milk (substitute any nut milk or coconut milk)
  • 1 small apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
  • generous shakes of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg

Blend in your blender.

4) Pear, Vanilla and Ginger Smoothie

  • 1Protein on the Go packet
  • 1 fresh pear, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed
  • 1 tablespoon flaked raw coconut
  • dash of vanilla
  • shakes of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg
  • 8 ounces or so water of coconut water (coconut water will make it sweeter)

Blend in your blender.

Shake recipes for your blender bottle (no blender needed):

1) Vanilla Milkshake

  • 1Protein on the Go packet
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • dash organic vanilla extract
  • dash cinnamon
  • 6-8 ounces coconut water or water
  • Shake using your Be Well blender bottle.

2) Coco-Lime Shake

Shake using your Be Well blender bottle.
