Anti-Aging Smoothie with Extra Superfood Powers

Did you know that the body is constantly regenerating itself?  It’s true!  Your cells are constantly dying off while new ones are being created.  This regeneration happens at different rates throughout the body and can actually be affected (both positively or negatively) by the food that we eat. It’s super important to prevent aging from the inside even before you think about the outside options of beauty products galore.

This anti-aging smoothie is loaded with antioxidants, healthy fats and high-powered nutrients that can support the growth of healthy, strong cells.  It contains the amino acids (aka proteins) necessary for building new cells and repairing old ones, antioxidants for fighting free radicals that can cause premature aging, and vitamins and minerals to support energy levels and to build a strong immune system.  We have also included some healthy fats to help you feel satiated and support healthy, elastic and glowing skin!

Anti-Aging Smoothie with Extra Superfood Powers
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ stick frozen acai puree (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
  • 1-2 scoops Be Well Vanilla Whey Protein or packet of Plant Protein + Multi
  • ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
  • Water and ice to blend
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, as a snack, or to replenish after a workout.
