Health Passion: Awareness. Eating organic, using nontoxic products, being aware of the power of our thoughts, putting our energy into building the new, creating from now, and focusing on what we want and love in our life. Gratitude.

Guilty Pleasures: I love massages and a good nap.

Relax & Chill Out: I meditate and read spiritual books.

Morning Start: A cappuccino.

Exercise of Choice: Yoga and anything that does not make me think I am exercising. Like tennis, golf, and skiing.

Must-Have Beauty Products: I love Chuda skin care.

Sleep Routine: I go to bed pretty early, around 10 p.m.

Daily Supplements: I take a spoonful of organic coconut [oil], some omegas and sometimes vitamin C, and a multi[vitamin].

Favorite Healthy Food On-the-Go: Apples, avocados, and bananas.

Current Mantra: Every day is different. Mostly, I just think to do my best every day with awareness that what I am thinking really creates my mood and what is going on around me—so awareness of how I feel and what I am thinking. I do spend time thinking about all that is good in my life and how blessed I am, and that gratitude changes everything. It’s good [for me], especially as I fall asleep at night.
