Health Passion: I love to teach. It is such a rewarding experience to share my knowledge and love of dance to help transform my clients’ minds, bodies and souls.

Guilty Pleasure: Champagne and chocolate!

Relax & Chill Out: In the evenings, I will cook myself dinner and then put my feet up and lose myself in my latest TV obsession. My current obsessions are Peaky Blinders, Stranger Things, and The OA.

Morning Start: I try to take a moment to meditate before I look at my phone and see all the emails I need to answer. I always have breakfast, usually eggs and a green tea or flat white coffee.

Must-Have Beauty Products: I love the store Violet Grey [in L.A.]. I could literally spend hours in there. I recently was given the French Pharmacy Set: Deluxe, and I love every product in it.

Ingredient I Always Avoid: Mushrooms, because I don’t like the taste or texture.

Travel Carry-ons: My headphones (I hate using the ones the airline supplies), a book (my last read was The Girl on the Train), and a rose facial mist and lip balm, since my skin and lips get dehydrated from the flight.

Favorite Healthy Destination: Anywhere with a beach. I love tropical holidays. I love to swim and lay out—and just do absolutely nothing. I love all the fresh produce, seafood, and vegetables. Santorini or Cala Carbo [in Ibiza] are hard to beat.

Favorite Way to Reset: Reset for me involves sleep and eliminating sugar, alcohol, and caffeine from my diet for a few days.

Current Mantra: It is always “Say YES to life!”
