Aloe Vera Gel/Juice
Ingesting Aloe internally is an ancient healing tradition that is very soothing to the digestive tract. It can be a remedy for acid reflux, constipation, upset stomachs, and overall help to heal and restore the digestive lining.
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
This is an essential gut healing remedy as it boosts healthy gut flora and can aid indigestion/heartburn, gas/bloating, and help balance the pH of the body.

Leafy Greens + Green Powder

Gut Healing and Immune Boosting Tonic Smoothie Recipe
8-10 ounces Filtered Water
4 ounces Aloe Vera gel/juice
1 cup organic leafy greens of choice and/or 1 Tablespoon Phytogreens
1/4 cup organic parsley
1/4 cup organic berries (optional)
1/4 avocado (optional)
Juice of ¼ a lemon
1 tablespoon ACV
1 tablespoon Collagen Refresher (or other high quality brand of choice)
1 tablespoon chia and/or flax seeds (Optional)
5-10 grams of L-Glutamine Powder
1 teaspoon of Probiotic Powder
1 inch piece of peeled, organic ginger
NOTE: You can also add cucumber, celery, and/or a different fruit of choice, as well as substitute unsweetened coconut or nut milk for filtered water. Also, can add any other superfoods or adaptogen herbs if you so desire.
Place all ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
