Blueberry Coconut Plant Protein Smoothie

This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy thePlant Protein + Multi shake in the morning for breakfast.

The combination of greens, protein and healthy fat leaves me satiated, energized and ready to take on the day!

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Plant Protein + Multi 
  • 1 large handful of kale
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen organic blueberries
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • ½ cup water
  • few cubes of ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Additional options:

  • substitute the banana with ½ a small or ¼ of a large avocado
  • substitute the coconut milk with unsweetened almond or hemp milk
  • add in a tbsp of almond or cashew butter
  • add in 1-2 tbsp of ground flax seed
  • switch up the greens (baby spinach, bok choy, swiss chard)
