This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy thePlant Protein + Multi shake in the morning for breakfast.
The combination of greens, protein and healthy fat leaves me satiated, energized and ready to take on the day!
Makes 1 serving
- 1 packet Plant Protein + Multi
- 1 large handful of kale
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ banana
- ½ cup frozen organic blueberries
- ½ cup canned coconut milk
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- ½ cup water
- few cubes of ice
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- substitute the banana with ½ a small or ¼ of a large avocado
- substitute the coconut milk with unsweetened almond or hemp milk
- add in a tbsp of almond or cashew butter
- add in 1-2 tbsp of ground flax seed
- switch up the greens (baby spinach, bok choy, swiss chard)
