Coconut-Chili-Lime-Mango Pops

These super-simple pops will be your new favorite guilt-free summer treat!

Coconut-Chili-Lime-Mango Pops
Serves: Makes 6
  • 1 can full-fat canned coconut mylk
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1–2 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 mango, peeled
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend the coconut mylk, chili powder, lime juice, and honey (if using) until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice-pop molds and allow to chill in the freezer for an hour.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend mango until smooth. After the coconut layer has chilled for an hour, pour the mango layer on top. Insert ice-pop sticks and allow the pops to freeze for 3–4 hours.
