These super-simple pops will be your new favorite guilt-free summer treat!
Coconut-Chili-Lime-Mango Pops (Makes 6)
- 1 can full-fat canned coconut mylk
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1–2 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 mango, peeled
In a high-speed blender, blend the coconut mylk, chili powder, lime juice, and honey (if using) until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice-pop molds and allow to chill in the freezer for an hour.
In a high-speed blender, blend mango until smooth. After the coconut layer has chilled for an hour, pour the mango layer on top. Insert ice-pop sticks and allow the pops to freeze for 3–4 hours.
