Anti-Aging Smoothie with Extra Superfood Powers
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ stick frozen acai puree (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
  • 1-2 scoops Be Well Vanilla Whey Protein or packet of Plant Protein + Multi
  • ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
  • Water and ice to blend
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, as a snack, or to replenish after a workout.
