Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 packet Plant Protein + Multi or 1 scoop Be Well Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ fresh mango diced or ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 TBS coconut oil
  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
