Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp Reds
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Water and ice (as needed)
