Thanksgiving Good-Gut Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk or filtered water
  • 1 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups organic baby spinach leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 scoop [url:1Vanilla ]Plant Protein[/url]
  • ½ tsp Probiotic Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Drink and enjoy!
