Balancing Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie

1 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla plant based protein powder
cup of frozen blueberries
cup of frozen zucchini
1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
1 teaspoon of Spirulina or Chlorella
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of dried and powdered ginger

Blend until smooth and creamy. Top with dried coconut, a drizzle of almond butter, pomegranate, chia, or hemp seeds.

Raspberry Ginger Smoothie

1 cup almond milk (add more if you like a thinner consistency)
¾ cup frozen raspberries
1 BeWell Cleanse Packet
1- 1½ inch chunk fresh ginger root, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime

Blend until smooth and creamy.

½ Haas avocado

1 cup water
