    Yesterday I experienced a two hour private session with MELT instructor Nancy Burke.  It left me feeling more balanced and open in my body than I have in a long while.   In addition the roller used in the MELT method is far superior to any roller I used in the past. It is flexible and bends in a way ( while remaining stable) that allows for soft and consistent compression. I share this information because I am grateful to Nancy and it reminded me of the excellence instruction I experienced through watching this video.
