Sunflower seed butter is high in healthy fats, thyroid supportive selenium, and trace minerals like magnesium that support all of the bodies functions. It’s a great alternative to nut butters and can be found in health food stores – be sure to read the label and make sure you get one that is unsweetened. - 1 Cleanse Shake packet
- 8 ounces of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 large handful of baby spinach
- 1 tbsp unsweetened sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
