Dr. Belisa Vranich is a renowned clinical psychologist, public speaker, & author of Breathe: The Simple, Revolutionary 14-Day Program to Improve your Mental & Physical Health (St. Martin’s Press/Hay House).

As founder of The Breathing Class, Dr. Belisa has taught & lectured nationwide on topics related to dysfunctional breathing patterns & stress. Unique in its straightforward approach, The Breathing Class addresses both physical & psychological problems related to oxygenation that is out of balance, & teaching people to breathe in an anatomically congruous way that maximizes balanced inhales & exhales.

Dr. Belisa has taught workshops that cater to a wide audience, from the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY, to staff & clinicians at the San Diego Marine Base.
