Dr. Michael Picucci

Dr. Michael Picucci is an expert and specialist for a variety of challenges that people face. He has worked with hundreds of clients dealing with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, intimacy and sexual challenges, and family issues.

In addition to sessions in his New York offices, Michael has worked with a great deal of clients via Skype and phone over the 13 years that he’s been providing the option of online therapy. Michael’s holistic approach is particularly well suited for the distance format and is a lifeline for those who cannot travel to see him.

One of a long list of unique gifts Michael possesses is his specialty in supporting gay men and the greater LGBT community through the specific challenges they face today. To date, about 50% of his client base are from the LGBT community with the other 50% comprised of heterosexual or otherwise identified people.

He has been honored with several awards for his research and fieldwork and is the author of numerous books and articles.
