Dr. Soyona Rafatjah
Integrative and Functional Medicine Practitioner
Soyona Rafatjah is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who practices Integrative and Functional Medicine. She founded PrimeHealth, a concierge primary care practice in Denver, Colorado. She graduated summa cum laude from University of Michigan with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering, received her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and did her Family Medicine residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. Further practice experience includes working with the Mount Sinai Beth Israel Center for Health and Healing (the largest Integrative Medicine center associated with a academic training program), Dr. Frank Lipman’s Eleven Eleven Wellness Center, and Parsley Health (a high-tech medical start up).
Areas she specializes in include thyroid and hormone disorders, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, adrenal insufficiency, weight management, digestive disorders, allergy desensitization, and autoimmune conditions.
In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her friends and family, honing her yoga practice, world travel, and dancing.
