Mike Bell, one of New York City’s most sought after trainers, specializes in putting together individualized functional training programs. Mike is a lifelong athlete who finds passion in sharing the gift of fitness. A training session with Mike will normally include a combination of kettle bells, gymnastics strength training, calisthenics, and conditioning exercises. He has a B.A. in Exercise Science from Concordia St. Paul, as well as numerous other training certifications including, NSCA-CPT, FMS Level 1&2, Progressive Calisthenics Instructor, and NASM-CPT.
