The Be Well Recipe: PhytoGreens Matcha Smoothie

PhytoGreens Matcha Smoothie


  • 1 small handful frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small handful fresh spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Be Well PhytoGreens
  • 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Matcha powder
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 water


1) Blend all ingredients until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add more water until smoothie reaches desired consistency.

2) Pour mixture into glass.

3) Enjoy immediately.
