The Be Well Recipe: PhytoGreens Matcha Smoothie

Busy day? Stay full and energized until lunch with this perfect morning smoothie. Packed full of vitamins and minerals, this smoothie gives you a one-two punch of antioxidant power with Be Well PhytoGreens and Matcha green tea powder.

PhytoGreens Matcha Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • 1 small handful frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small handful fresh spinach
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Be Well PhytoGreens
  • ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Matcha powder
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¼ water
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add more water until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
  2. Pour mixture into glass.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
