Post-Holiday Detox Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces filtered water
  • 4 ounces aloe vera juice
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • ½ an organic green apple
  • ½ a lemon, juiced
  • 1 scoop Be Well Greens
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy.
