The days are finally getting longer and the sun is definitely starting to have some warmth to it. If you look closely, daffodils are slowly starting to poke through the ground. Spring is on it’s way–and what better way to celebrate the new season than with a new smoothie recipe.
Spring Blossom Smoothie Recipe
- 1 packet of Be Well Sustain Protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 TBS coconut oil
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1/5 avocado
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ lime juiced
- 1 TBS chia seeds
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
