I coach many different types of patients in my own practice and here at the Eleven Eleven Wellness Center. Helping loved ones get healthy is the most challenging. Why is it so hard for us to accept advice from those who have our best interest at heart? Often people use food and certain habits to deal with underlying emotions. It's rare to have a life-altering condition like Cystic Fibrosis and be known for your bubbly personality. In fact, everything about Claire Wineland is rare. She has had more surgeries and hospitalizations than she can count and has survived a 17-day coma, yet through all of her many challenges, she continues to spread joy and help kids and adults alike to find their purpose. Here she offers great tips on living with challenges whether health related or just being human.
