you’re doing the Be Well Cleanse and looking for some tasty shake combos, look no further! When I do the Cleanse, I often make a smoothie for my breakfast shake, so that it’s a bit more filling. Then I have the other 2 shakes with just water or almond milk. If weight loss is an important goal for you, we recommend skipping out on the smoothies and keeping the shakes simple by mixing them up with water, almond milk or coconut milk. For all of these, simply add ingredients to the blender, blend and enjoy!
