Office Candy Bowl

How to Handle the Office Candy Bowl

The office candy bowl is a major challenge that I hear about from patients all the time. New Book, Real Happiness at Work

Dr L: As you know, the title of your book is Real Happiness at Work. Some might object to the title and say that happiness is not possible, and perhaps not even desirable, in the workplace. Then, for a little while, I make it a point to do something fun and relaxing that doesn’t involve too much thinking.
