Tasty Cleanse Shake Recipes

Are you on the Be Well Cleanse? If so, congratulations! You’re embarking on a wonderful journey of health and healing. Along with cleaning up your diet, you’ll be adding in three Protein On-The-Go shakes per day for the next 14 days! These shakes include fiber, vitamins, pea protein and detoxifying herbs.

To keep things simple, you can add your shake packet to your Blender Bottle with pure water, shake it up, and go! If you want to mix it up a little, here is what we suggest.

Other liquids to add:

  • Almond Milk
  • Coconut Milk
  • Coconut Water

Other additions:

  • A pinch of stevia
  • A drop of vanilla extract
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • Unsweetened cacao powder (to make it a chocolate shake)

If you’re using a blender:

  • Ice
  • Blueberries/raspberries
  • Almond butter
  • Fresh greens or greens powder

If you’re going to make your Cleanse shake more substantial and add these different ingredients, we recommend doing that with your breakfast shake in the morning, and having the remaining 2 shakes with water (especially if weight loss is one of your cleansing goals).
