NOT the same as doing the complete Cleanse.
But they’re a great formula and ok to continue with as a daily shake.

  • Easy way to get high quality protein (organic), phytonutrients, and fiber into your diet
  • Keeps you feeling full when you need a quick snack or pick-me-up
  • Amino Acids support healthy metabolism
  • Significant amounts of vitamins and minerals for overall health and wellness
  • Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegetarian

How to take it

Blend one packet into a smoothie or mix with 8–12 oz. water, or non-dairy milk (almond, hemp, or coconut). Try some different combinations, simply adjust to your taste.

Boost your shake

To boost digestive function, add some Probiotic Powder to your shake or smoothie.
To boost metabolism and energy, add a shot of MCT Oil to your shake or smoothie.

I have never felt better - and delicious too!!
Cara April 17, 2017
I love the cleanse shakes. I always preferred to eat a solid breakfast so the idea of a shake did not sound appealing. I now have them basically every day. I add half of an avocado, and some flat head and other greens, or frozen organic raspberries and I am satiated and set for the day. I always know that I have started my day in a healthy way.

The perfect start to my day!
I've been drinking these shakes for years. They are a part of my morning ritual. The perfect, most healthy, way to start your day!

very good product
non-gritty, delicious, not overly sweet, not too thick; a great meal replacement product, easy to digest. I love it and so does my sister.

The shakes are awesome!
I love and use several of the Be Well products every day! The shakes are by far my favorite. I start every day with a shake and add veggies, some fruit, protein powder and a healthy fat. Keeps me satiated for hours and i know it's a healthy way to start off my day!

I really enjoy having these sakes in the morning. They have a light berry flavor. I mix with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Hits the spot after a tough workout.

Still Love Them
I prefer the old version, but the new shakes are still good. I don't add anything else with the shakes. They're good enough to drink with just water.

Love Love Love
The Be Well cleanse shakes are what I need in the morning to keep me going all day, I love all of Dr Lipman products ...

Finally...the taste is perfect!
I just ordered a new box of the cleanse shakes and they are really delicious. During the winter cleanse, the shakes were way too sweet and I was told "the next batch" would have the stevia cut back 50%. Apparently this has happened and they are 100% better and quite terrific. In the morning, I blender my shake mix with 1 cup of unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk, 2 t. of Be Well MCT oil, 1 cup of Kale, 3/4 cup water and 3 ice cubes. Perfect way to start the day!

love the cleanse, love be well!
I have done the cleanse many times. these shakes help me stay honest and sane in between cleanses. I usually have one (or a half) w/my smoothie every morning. they are filling and pretty tasty! plus, they are sweeter now, so I go easy on the fruits and add more veggies to my morning smoothie--which is even better!

Accepting Change
I had been using the Cleanse shakes since doing the cleanse last winter and loved them. The new taste wasn't what I expected so I thought about returning them. I decided to try the shake once more & now am so glad I did. It really is great & has become an even better breakfast routine! Lesson learned: Be open to change -especially when it comes from Dr. Lipman!

I do not like the taste of the new Cleanse shake compared to the older version. The new version is too sweet! Wish we could get the old ones back.

Love My Mornings
My mornings are much more streamlined due to the Cleanse and then sticking with the shakes after the cleanse. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and my blood sugar readings have been incredible!!

Ask a Question
Can I keep drinking the Cleanse shakes after my Cleanse is over?
You absolutely can. Try one of our shakes once/day in the morning at breakfast, or on the go in your shaker bottle for a midday snack. It's a great way to easily pack in nutrient dense foods in a smoothie, and gets more water in your system when you're on the go.
