After the Cleanse program, we recommend that you continue to avoid sugar, gluten, processed foods, and factory-farmed meats; but you can reintroduce some of the foods that you removed during the Cleanse, such as eggs, nightshade vegetables, dairy, and specific fruits, to see if you react to them.
