Blends in perfectly with smoothies and shakes
Start slowly and increase your dose gradually to allow your body to develop a tolerance to increased fiber.
Be sure to drink a lot of water when you increase your intake of fiber.

Each serving at time of manufacture contains 7.5 billion Lactobacillus Acidophilus La-14 and 500 million Bifidobacteria longum micro-organisms.

Can additional fiber cause constipation or loose stools?

A

If you experience either constipation or loose stools, reduce the amount of fiber you are taking and build up your dose gradually, to give your body the opportunity to adjust.
