Getting Better
Having Hashimoto's, I've got gut problemso I started on an autoimmune diet and bought Dr. Lipman's supplements of digestive issues. Within a couple of weeks, I stopped being bloated and gassy (sorry for the TMI), and got regular--which is something I've never been. I feel like I'm a 60 year old living in a 21 year old body all of a sudden. Thank you, Dr. Lipman!
