This product was really helpful with digestion. I used it for helping with gut lining on empty stomach and it seems to work. I was not using it for that but it also made my abdominal muscles slightly more visible.

The description says that it mixes well with smoothies and yet directions say to take between meals. I'm unsure about whether to take this with food or not.

For maximum absorption we don't recommend taking GI Support with a large meal, but it is fine with a smoothie, which is lighter and more easily digested because it is blended.
