Coconut Bliss Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 oz water
4 oz unsweetened almond milk
1⁄2 frozen banana cut into chunks
1 TBS coconut oil
1 TBS shredded unsweetened coconut
4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

Coconut Lime Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 oz water
4 oz unsweetened almond milk
1⁄2 frozen banana cut into chunks
Juice of one lime
1 TBS coconut oil
1 TBS shredded unsweetened coconut
4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth and creamy

Chocolate Love Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 – 6 oz water
4 – 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1⁄2 frozen banana cut into chunks
Small piece of avocado – about 1/5 of a large avocado or 1⁄4 of a small one
1 TBS raw cacao
1 tsp raw honey or stevia or xylitol to taste
1 TBS coconut oil
2 – 4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 – 6 oz water
4 – 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup cooked pumpkin, preferably organic
1⁄2 frozen banana cut into chunks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
Dash of cinnamon
4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

Pina Colada Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 – 6 oz water
4 – 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
Small piece of avocado - about 1/5 of a large avocado or 1⁄4 of a small one
1 TBS coconut oil
1 TBS shredded unsweetened coconut
2 - 4 cubes ice

Add all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

Black Forest Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 - 6 oz water
4 - 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen cherries
1 -2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Raw honey or stevia to taste
2-3 ice cubes

Blue Velvet Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 - 6 oz water
4 - 6 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Raw honey or stevia to taste

Hello Sunshine Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
4 - 6 oz water
4 - 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Add all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1 Greens packet
4 – 6 oz water
4 – 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves or 1/8 tsp organic peppermint extract
1/2 TBS raw honey – to taste, or stevia or xylitol to taste
1 TBS raw cocao nibs
2 – 4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients except the cocoa nibs to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. Then add the cocao nibs and blend for another 5 – 10 seconds to break up the nibs into little bits.

It’s Good to be Green Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1 Greens packet
4 oz water
4 oz unsweetened almond milk
1⁄2 frozen banana cut into chunks
1 TBS coconut oil
1 TBS shredded unsweetened coconut

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut water, or 1/2 cup filtered water and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 avocado
1/2-1 tablespoon coconut oil, to taste
4 ice cubes

Greeno Mojito Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Juice of one lime
3/4 cup filtered water

Sweeten to taste with either raw honey, xylitol, stevia. Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Blueberry Avocado Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
1/4 avocado
1 cup coconut water, or 1/2 cup filtered water and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Juice of half a lime
4 ice cubes

Sweeten to taste with either raw honey, xylitol. Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Cherry Peach Avocado Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1/4 avocado
3-4 ice cubes
1 cup filtered water
1/2 cup frozen organic cherries
1/2 cup frozen organic peaches
Juice of 1/2 a lime

Sweeten to taste with either xylitol, stevia. Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Pineapple Peach Banana Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1/2 small frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup frozen pineapple pieces
1/2 cup frozen peach slices
1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons raw unsalted almond butter 
1 cup filtered water 
4 ice cubes

Almond butter and filtered water can be replaced with 1⁄2 cup filtered water and 1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Banana Berry Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1/2 frozen banana cut into chunks
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water
4 ice cubes 

Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie, serves 1

1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1/2 cup diced strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks

1 large ripe pear, peeled and diced, a Bartlett pear is best
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of ground ginger
Juice of 1⁄2 a lime
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water
3 ice cubes

Pom Pom Cherry Smoothie, serves 1

Seeds of 1 fresh pomegranate
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water
