Sugar Craving Conquered
I have to say this stuff truly curbs your sugar cravings. I'm currently doing their 2 week cleanse and have been using the pills instead of indulging. Life changer..... I will be ordering these separately to conquer those cravings after my cleanse. Thank you Dr. Lipman!!!!!

Good stuff
It’s hard to quantify exactly what this does for me because of the wide range of benefits but I definitely notice when I don’t take this. Seems to be something I need.

If I don't have sugar cravings, should I still take these?
A
L-Glutamine is actually quite beneficial, not just because it diminishes sugar cravings, but also because it soothes and repairs the digestive lining. It's especially beneficial for those with "leaky gut", where the gut lining becomes permable and allows food particles to enter the bloodstream. L-Glutamine is best taken between meals (away from food). I recommend taking it for the complete Cleanse experience, rather than only taking it as needed for sugar cravings.
