Take 2 caplets a day with or without food.

Refrigerate to ensure maximum potency and shelf life. Organism potency decreases slowly and can accelerate through exposure to heat, humidity or direct sunlight.

Your probiotics will be sent in a refrigerated cooler pack with cold packs. Cold packs may melt during shipping which should not affect product integrity, as the probiotics have been stored in refrigerators at our warehouse and are manufactured with overages to ensure label potency when exposed to higher temperatures. The probiotics should be refrigerated upon arrival, but no need to be concerned if the ice packs are melted.

I definitely recommend this product
This has been the only probiotics that sits well and doesn't make my stomach feel bloated. I've tried five different brands and I was always having stomach issues. Always felt bloated to the point of getting gassy. This product works extremely well and has made a difference on how my stomach feels.

Great for regulating people on a gluten-free, dairy-free diet
My sister and I recently went to a gluten-free, dairy-free diet. We had problems with being constipated so I found this probiotic. We love it. Not only has it made us regular, but we recently went on vacation and had lactose and gluten. It didn't upset our stomachs, and the usual bloating wasn't there. Definitely recommend!

Best Probiotics Ever
I live in California, yet order all of my vitamins and probiotics from BE WELL. Nothing else I have tried compares with the high quality and effectiveness of the BE WELL. I won't ever be without these probiotics that have changed my overall health and digestion. Simply the best.

How long is the shelf life of probiotics in the fridge? I can't find the expiration date.

For maximum potency and efficacy, we recommend using our products, including our probiotics, within 18 months of the manufacture date stamped on the bottle. If stored correctly, the product will probably be effective beyond the 18 months, but that is a good benchmark timeframe.

What's the difference between the probiotics powder vs. capsules, and which should I buy?
The benefit of the probiotic powder is that you can add it to water or to a shake and it is also more economical than the caplets. The probiotic caplets and the powder both contain multiple probiotic strains. The probiotic powder contains 20 billion cfu per serving and the caplets contain 30 billion cfu per serving.
