How soon will my order be shipped after I place my order?

We endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. For orders placed before 12pm ET on weekdays we do our best to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will ship out the following business day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST on Fridays, and on weekends or public holidays will ship out the next business day.

For BE WELL EATS your first order will ship to arrive by 6am on your starting date.

When will I receive my order?

Please calculate your expected delivery date by using the day that your package actually ships, especially if using Priority or Standard Overnight, 2nd Day Air or Express Saver (3 days). Regular ground shipping may take 5 - 7 days, depending upon your location. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email with a link to the Carrier to track your order.

For BE WELL EATS delivery is daily, Monday through Friday, by 6am. Weekend meals are delivered on a Friday. Your first order will arrive on your starting date.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over $50 (except for shipping to AK, HI, PR). There is a flat rate fee of $4.99 for orders of $50 or less. You can also choose express shipping options such as Fedx 2Day, Overnight Proirity and Overnight Standard. Charges for express shipping are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, the weight of the items, and the delivery zip code.. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

For BE WELL EATS delivery is by courier with refrigerated trucking. For the NYC metro area there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5 per order. For Greenwich and Stamford, CT, there are two options: pick up and delivery. For pick up there is a flat rate $5 fee, for delivery there is a $25 fee.

Will all my products arrive in the same box?

We try to ship all products in one box. However, to expedite delivery times, we utilize 4 different fulfillment centers across the United States, and your order may include items from different fulfillment centers, which means you may receive more than one shipment per order.

BE WELL EATS meals will be delivered separately from all other products.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Do you ship to customers outside of the United States?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product if I don’t like it?

Yes, we offer a 30-day, satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for instructions for returning the unused portion of your purchase to us for a refund. We don’t process exchanges, but we will gladly refund your purchase as per our return policy below.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, we will offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. Unfortunately there is no refund for original shipping costs and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. There is a 15% restocking charge on all returns.

How do I request a refund?

In order to receive a refund, you must obtain a refund authorization number (RA#) from us before shipping any returns. You must send back all items for which you wish to receive a refund. Empty supplement boxes must be returned in order to receive a refund. These steps are necessary to protect us from customer fraud.

Do you offer any online support or resources in addition to your website?

Yes, we publish a blog post every weekday on the Be Well blog and our blog is full of useful health information. Our health coaches are active in our Facebook community and happily answer questions and comments from customers. Our coaching team also manages a Facebook Cleanse group to support our customers who are cleansing.

How are Be Well products different from store-bought supplements?

Be Well shakes and supplements are professional products with pharmaceutical grade quality; this level of quality is generally not available to consumers outside of a medical practitioner’s office. Our products deliver therapeutic doses of targeted, premium quality ingredients. We set high standards for raw material selection, employing an extensive process that meets or exceeds accepted purity standards. Only ingredients backed by adequate scientific research are included in our products, and every nutrient is well researched for its metabolic pathways and potential side effects.

Are Be Well products FDA-approved?

All Be Well products are manufactured in an NSF certified GMP registered facility. GMP refers to the Good Manufacturing Practice regulations as put forth by the US Food and Drug Administration. The FDA regulates dietary supplements under a different set of regulations than those covering "conventional" foods and drug products. Supplements are regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) to ensure that manufacturers and distributors are prohibited from marketing products that are adulterated or misbranded. Be Well products go above and beyond the FDA’s requirements for safety and efficacy.

Bewell.com does not collect personally identifiable information except in connection with the placement and filling of your orders for products or services available through the website. This information will not be used for any purpose other than in connection with your purchase order(s) or in response to your inquiries, and will not at any time be provided to any third party unless required by applicable law.

As a Be Well customer, is my credit card information secure?

All ecommerce transactions on bewell.com are conducted under an Extended Validation security certificate. This provides the highest level of security for your transactions. The Extended Validation Certificate can be viewed by clicking on our name (in green) in the url bar of your browser.
