Overview

Description

Vitamin D3 (10,000) is the highest dose vitamin D supplement we offer, providing 10,000 IU of vitamin D per serving. The amount of vitamin D3 and K2 this product delivers can assist in correcting deficiencies in people who don’t get adequate sun exposure and/or dietary sources of these vitamins.

We combine vitamins D and K together because increasing one’s intake of vitamin D without extra vitamin K raises the risk of depositing calcium in the arteries and soft tissue. It’s important that these vitamins be taken together. Putting them both into one capsule means less pills to take.

Ingredients

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)
Vitamin K1 (Phytonadione)
Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7)

Formulated to exclude wheat, yeast, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, artificial colors, flavors, sugars or preservatives
Manufactured in an NSF audited GMP certified facility.
Made in the US.

How Much Do I Need

Be Well Tip

Generally 2,000 – 4,000 IU of vitamin D3 is a typical maintenance dose, but if your levels are low, you may need more – but don’t DIY or guess your appropriate dose. Have your levels checked by your doc at your annual physical to determine your needs.

Ideally, your levels should be in the optimal range of 50 to 80 ng/ml.
